At Vanlife Giveaways, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all giveaway entries associated with the original purchase remain valid even if a return is processed.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
